Founded by a couple of local photographers, the Omokoroa Photographic Society is friendly place where you can learn new skills, share ideas and have some fun along the way!

 

Each month we announce a 'theme', ie landscapes  and members take the opportunity to focus on that theme and practice taking photos with the aim of presenting 1 (or maybe 2) of your favourite shots at the next meeting.

 

This is where we get the opportunity share ideas, provide positive feedback and encouragement on your images (friendly critiquing in a safe place

 

You'll be amazed how much you learn by gaining valuable insights that enhance your abilities and creativity in photography

 

Membership is just $85 p.a. which gives you access to monthly meetings, tutorials and field trips.  This represents fantastic value!

 

You don't have to own expensive gear - our members use phone cameras, dslrs etc.
